Currency and prices

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The total at checkout includes the item price and, where they apply, shipping and sales tax. Shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States. Import duties are included in the item price and are not charged to you separately. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Payment methods

The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. The options you see can vary depending on your device and location.

Order total

The total amount you will be charged is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We charge the price shown at checkout when your order is placed, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.

Declined or unrecognized payments

If your payment is declined, please check your payment details with your bank or card provider and try again, or use another payment method. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us at support@livesheal.com with your order number and we will help you look into it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are processed in US dollars. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to make the funds available. See our Return & Refund Policy.
