Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or other countries. See our Shipping Policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States, with no minimum order value.

How long will my order take?

Order processing is estimated to take 1–2 business days. After dispatch, shipping is estimated to take 4–8 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 5–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier is assigned for each order, so we cannot promise a specific carrier for a particular product.

Will I have to pay import duties or extra fees?

Import duties are included in the item price and are not charged to you separately. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track your order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 hours after you place it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@livesheal.com and include your order number. After 2 hours we cannot guarantee changes, and an order that has already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

Can I return an item?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, unopened condition and in their original packaging. Please contact us first with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will give you return instructions. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Which currency do you use?

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes are approximate.
