2. Information we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order information: the items you view, add to your cart, buy, return, or cancel, and your order history.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We receive confirmation of a payment and limited details such as the payment method type, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login details and saved preferences.
  • Messages: what you send us when you contact customer support.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you move through the store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Where the information comes from

We collect information directly from you (for example, at checkout or when you email us), automatically from your device when you use the store, and from service providers that help us run the store, process payments, and deliver orders.

4. How we use information

  • To process and fulfill orders, arrange shipping, provide tracking, and handle returns, refunds, and support requests.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the store, including preventing fraud and abuse.
  • To measure how the store is used and, where optional cookies are allowed, to support and measure our advertising.
  • To send you messages about your order and to reply to your questions.
  • If you subscribe, to send you promotional emails through Shopify's email tools. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms.

5. How we share information

  • Shopify: Shopify hosts our store and processes order, payment, and visitor data on our behalf. Shopify may also process some information for its own purposes, for example if you use Shop Pay, under its own privacy policy.
  • Service providers: payment processors, shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, and UPS), fulfillment and supplier partners who prepare and send your items, order-tracking tools, and technology providers that help us run the store. They may receive the information needed to provide their service.
  • Advertising and analytics technologies: our store is connected to the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) through Shopify, and to Google Ads conversion tracking through a Shopify pixel. When you allow Marketing cookies, information about your visit and activity on the store, such as pages viewed and products added to the cart, may be shared with Meta and Google for analytics and advertising purposes. You can reject Marketing cookies in our cookie banner, or later from "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when we believe disclosure is required by law or needed to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
  • Business changes: if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working, remember your choices, measure usage, and support advertising. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of your authorization. If we decline your request, you may reply to ask us to reconsider, and you may also contact your state attorney general. Rights that apply to information held by Shopify are handled through Shopify's own privacy tools.

8. Children

Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, and we rely on Shopify's security for the store platform and checkout. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the store, fulfill and support orders, meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. We then delete or de-identify it.

10. Other websites

The store may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies. Information you post in public areas, including social media, may be seen by others.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
